Initial Conversation
We begin with a focused contracting discussion to clarify your objectives, organisational context, stakeholders and success measures. Where appropriate, I also align with your sponsor (e.g. line manager or HR).


Structure
Typically 6–12 sessions over 3–9 months.
60–90 minutes per session.

How We Work
Sessions are structured, reflective and outcome-oriented. You can expect:

  • Exploration of live leadership challenges

 

  • Attention to power, authority and relational dynamics
     
  • Identification of patterns under pressure
     
  • Respectful challenge
     
  • Space to think clearly and act intentionally
     

Where useful, we may incorporate 360 feedback or stakeholder input.


Between Sessions
You will reflect on real situations and experiment with different approaches. Insight is expected to translate into action.


Confidentiality
Clear confidentiality boundaries are agreed at the outset.

Sessions are designed, to meet your aims for the team/group.  This includes stakeholder conversations to clarify outcomes, context and sensitivities. Where helpful, I speak with participants in advance.  Through consultation, I produce a design for you to sign off.

I will name limiting patterns when they arise and help the group work with them constructively.
